Kristi Adams, Hygienist

Kristi Adams, RDH, began her dental career at the age of fifteen as a dental assistant in her hometown of Augusta, Arkansas. After graduating as Salutatorian from Augusta High School, she completed her Associate of Science in Health Science from Arkansas State University Beebe. Kristi then graduated with high honors from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is currently a full time Dental Solutions team member where she is dedicated to helping all her patients achieve excellent oral health. Kristi enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with friends and family, including her husband John and their two daughters Hanna and Haley.

Mary Leigh Burnette, Hygienist

Mary Leigh Burnette, RDH, graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 1991 with an Associate of Science Degree in respiratory therapy. Mary Leigh continued her education at UAMS earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in dental hygiene in 2000.

She and her husband, David, relocated to Jonesboro in 2001; she has been a Dental Solutions team member since that time. Mary Leigh enjoys working with her patients each day and is dedicated to providing them with comprehensive dental care. One of Mary Leigh’s highest priorities is to stay current on the latest dental hygiene procedures and products so that she can enhance her patients’ health as well as the beauty of their smiles.

Mary Leigh is a native of south Arkansas. She lived in Lake Village until 1988 when she married her husband, David. Mary Leigh is blessed with a wonderful family, including two daughters, Anna and Kathleen; one son, Elliot; and one granddaughter, Ava Grace. Mary Leigh’s hobbies include tennis, gardening, spending time with family, hunting, and fishing.

Shalena Powell, Hygienist

Shalena Powell, RDH, is a 2008 graduate of Arkansas State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, She then attended University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) where she graduated in 2010 with honors and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a member of the Dental Solutions team since May 2010 where she strives to educate her patients on the importance of good oral health as well as helping them maintain it. Shalena is a hometown girl where she attended Valley View High School. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon Powell, as well as her family and friends.

Vicki Foley, Treatment Coordinator

Is a graduate of Lynn High School. Born and raised in Smithville Arkansas. Obtained RDA certification and has been with Dental Solutions since September 13, 1971 (40 years). Enjoys spending time with family & friends and enjoys sports of any kind, is a proud supporter of the ASU Red Wolves and is a St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Cassidy Thomas, Treatment Coordinator

Cassidy Thomas graduated from Wiener High School in 1999 where she then went on to become a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been a part of the Dental Solutions team assisting Dr. Lauren Harmon since October 2006. Cassidy is dedicated to helping educate every patient on the importance of good oral health, as well as helping patients achieve the smile they desire. Cassidy is the proud mother of one son, Deacon Thomas. She enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends.

Becky Swink, Treatment Coordinator

Is a graduate of Clarendon High School and attended Henderson State University in Arkadelphia Arkansas. Becky has worked as a Dental and orthodontic assistant for the past 26 years. Becky joined the Dental Solutions team in December of 2006. She is married to Stan Swink and has three children, three grandchildren and their family dog Sally. Becky enjoys spending time with family & friends. In her spare time she explores the art of dance.

Ammie, Hygiene Coordinator

Ammie graduated from Bay HS in 2000.  She has worked in the dental field since 200 but joined the Dental Solutions team in 2009.  Ammie has an daughter Mariah, 11, and enjoys going to the lake, going to the beach, and Halloween.

Sarah Bickmore, Treatment Coordinator

Is a graduate of Corning High School and is a native of Corning Arkansas. Sarah has worked as a Dental Assistant for the past 20 years. Sarah joined the Dental Solutions team on March 1, 2009. She is the loving mother of four children and proud grandmother to two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, and is a member of the women’s bowling league.

Melinda Ward, Financial Coordinator

Melinda Ward is a graduate of Greene County Tech, and is a native of Paragould Arkansas. She joined Dental Solutions in October of 2010. Enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug Ward, has three children and one grandchild.

Stephanie Hall, Scheduling Coordinator

Stephanie grew up in Jonesboro and graduated from Jonesboro HS. She joined the Dental Solutions team in 2011. She is married to her Husband Teddy and has two children Leigh Anne and Trey who both attend Westside HS. Stephanie enjoys spending her free time at her children’s sporting events.
