Dr. Lauren Harmon-Grantham, DDS
Lauren Harmon-Grantham, DDS, is a family-friendly dentist dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal dental health. She believes communication regarding treatment options, financial options, as well as alternatives for anxiety relief, are some of the most important concerns that must be addressed with each patient on an ongoing basis. Most importantly, Dr. Lauren believes every patient deserves a smile they can be proud of!
A 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Dr. Lauren annually attends courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has completed extensive orthodontic coursework. Dr. Lauren prides herself on being a life-long learner when it comes to dentistry and enjoys learning about the most current techniques and materials. She also has a special interest and expertise in treating TMJ disorders. Dr. Lauren currently serves as President of the Northeast Arkansas District Dental Society and is actively involved with several dental organizations:

- Academy of General Dentistry
- Academy of Craniofacial Pain
- American Dental Association
- Arkansas State Dental Association
Dr. Lauren is native to Northeast Arkansas, having graduated from Nettleton High School and Arkansas State University. While in college, she was a 4-year member of the women's volleyball team and was twice named the Sunbelt Conference Player of the Year. As a senior, she was chosen as the Terry Gwin Award winner, one of the most prestigious awards given to Arkansas State University scholar-athletes. Dr. Harmon-Grantham was also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, has served on the Sigma Omicron Chapter's Alumni Advisory Committee, and is an ongoing member of the local AOII Alumnae Chapter.
Dr. Harmon-Grantham and her husband, Richard Grantham, have 4 children (Jackson, Hayden, Keats, and Cooper). They enjoy spending time with their family, supporting their children in their extracurricular activities, and spending time at Lake Norfork. Dr. Lauren is an avid sports fan, proud supporter of the AState Red Wolves, enjoys traveling, and playing tennis.
Dr. Brett Burris, DDS
Dr. Brett Burris strives to help his patients achieve the highest possible standards of oral health by providing comprehensive dental care in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Dr. Burris hopes to make your trip to the dentist as stress free as possible. He will design a custom treatment plan to fit your goals and needs. Above all else Dr. Burris believes it is not against the rules to have fun and be at the dentist at the same time.
Dr. Burris is a a native of Northeast Arkansas and graduated from Westside High School in 1999. He graduated with honors from Arkansas State University in 2002 . Dr Burris completed his professional training at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry
To help ensure the highest quality dental services possible, Dr. Burris has attended extensive continuous education in fields including implant restoration, endodontics, esthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and preventative oral health care. In 2017 he completed his fellowship at the MIsch Implant Institute, a worldwide leader in dental implant surgery and prosthetic training. He earned the distinction of Diplomate from the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2018, the highest honor given by the association.
Dr Burris is married to Dr Brooke Burris, the Dental Director of East Arkansas Family Health Center. They have 2 beautiful children, Bentley and Bryant, and a frisky kitty named Nora. When not doing dentistry or spending time with his family Dr. Burris enjoys finding challenges in endurance athletics including long distance cycling and running.
Kristi Adams
Hygiene Team Lead
Adams, RDH, began her dental career at the age of fifteen as a dental assistant in her hometown of Augusta, Arkansas. She received her Associate of Science Degree in 2002. Kristi then graduated in 2004 with honors from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in dental hygiene.
She has been a member of the Dental Solutions team since graduation. Kristi attends a variety of continuing education courses in order to help her patients make educated decisions for the best course of periodontal disease Kristi treatment and prevention.
Kristi enjoys crafting, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, John, are blessed with three beautiful daughters, Hanna, Haley and Morgan Jewell.
Heather Young
Admin Team Lead
Heather joined the Dental Solutions team in January 2014. She has actively worked in the medical and dental field since 2001. Heather takes joy in caring for others and customer service is her top priority, and she is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns that arise.
Heather is a native of Oxford, Mississippi. She resides in Paragould, Arkansas, with her husband, Chris. In her spare time, she enjoys, summer weekends at Lake Norfork, hosting friends and family, cooking, baking, and spoiling her fur baby, Macy.
Cassidy Thomas
Assistant Team Lead
Cassidy Thomas graduated from Weiner High School in 1999. She then went on to become a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been a part of the Dental Solutions team, assisting Dr. Lauren Harmon, since October of 2006.
Cassidy is dedicated to helping educate every patient on the importance of good oral health, as well as helping patients achieve the smile they desire. Cassidy is the proud mother of one son, Deacon Thomas. She enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends.
Alex Gann
Hygienist
Alex, graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2010, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a member of the Dental Solutions team since October of 2013.
Alex is committed to using her knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to maintain patients’ smiles and overall dental health. She is a gentle, kind-hearted person who strives to treat her patients the way she would want to be treated. She also attends continuing education courses to stay current on the latest developments in dental hygiene and educate patients on the importance of maintaining good oral health.
A hometown girl, Alex attended Valley View High School. Alex is blessed with a wonderful husband, Darrell Gann, a daughter, Julia Kate and three stepchildren, Kayli, Michael, and Taylor Grace. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Annie and Jett. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, crafting, shopping, and being an active member of Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro, AR.
Mandy Romine
Admin Team
Mandy joined the Dental Solutions team in 2012 and is dedicated to providing excellent patient service. She graduated from Weiner High School and now resides in Jonesboro. She enjoys family time with her husband, Callan, and their children. Lake trips and river floats are a must during the summer. Her hobbies include writing, playing guitar and all things music
Gretchen Marlin
Hygienist
Gretchen loves her job as a dental hygienist and has been practicing for more than 17 years. She enjoys getting to know her patients, and strives to give them the most comprehensive and individual care possible. She is also committed to educating both children and adults on the importance of brushing, flossing, and the link between oral health and overall health.
Gretchen is a local girl, and attended Jonesboro High School. She and her husband, TJ, have 2 sons; Will and Sam. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, shopping and running her boys around town to all of their sporting events and activities. Gretchen and her family attend Blessed Sacrament Church in Jonesboro, AR.
They also enjoy cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and the ASU Red Wolves!
Liz Myers
Clinical assistant
Liz began her dental assistant career in 2010. She is a native of Jonesboro and graduated Jonesboro High School. Liz joined the Dental Solutions team in 2020 and strives to provide excellent care to all our patients. Liz is a loving Mom to three children. Her hobbies include running, reading and spending time with her friends and family
Makayla Sprinkle, RDH

Makayla is from Northeast Arkansas. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University. After graduating ASU, she completed her degree in Dental Hygiene at Concorde Career College in Memphis, TN. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and all things teeth!
Beca Young

Beca joined the Dental Solutions team in 2023. Beca graduated from Highland High School. She is a native of El Paso, Texas and Sharp County, Arkansas. She and her husband, Daniel now reside in Jonesboro with their 3 fur babies, Sophia, Jett & Luna. Beca strives to provide the best service and assistance to our patients. She enjoys floating the river and spending time with her friends, family and beloved dogs.
Michelle Sharp
Clinical Assistant
Michelle joined the Dental Solutions team in 2022. She began her dental career in 2021. She is a native of Collierville, TN and moved to Jonesboro in 2013. Michelle is married to her husband, Jacob and they share two beautiful children, Kinley and Jensen. Michelle and Jacob spend most of their spare time traveling to sporting events to support their kiddos! When Michelle is not traveling, she enjoys the kayaking, fishing and spending time outdoors.
Jessica Garcia

Jessica is from Brookland. She is a registered dental assistant on our team. She loves making an impact on the lives of patients by helping them improve their smile and making them as comfortable as possible in the dental chair. Jessica enjoys spending time with her son, being a football mom, trail hiking and kayaking
Haile Hall
Clinical Assistant
Haile graduated Poplar Bluff High School in 2022 where she continued to receive her associates from Three River College. Haile joined the Dental Solutions team in 2024 when she moved to Jonesboro. She has been a practicing dental assistant since 2022. Haile loves meeting and getting to know her patients and strives to provide the best care for them. In her free time Haile loves cooking, crafting and reading as well as doing all things outdoors.
The Team at Dental Solutions are Rock Stars! From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed with a smile. I suffer from dental anxiety as a result of a bad childhood experience at the dentist. As a mother of a toddler it simply brings tears to my eyes to see my child so excited to go to the dentist. The entire team makes her feel comfortable and made getting her teeth cleaned a fun and exciting event.
